Being in a group environment and having the opportunity to listen to others speak English has allowed me to learn different pronunciations and gain deeper insights into the English language. By participating in group discussions and answering questions asked by the facilitator and other group members, I have greatly improved my English.

The program facilitators do whatever they can to help the participants, at no cost. They always take our opinions and suggestions into consideration. For example, the group discussed the difficulties many of us were facing regarding finding a job. The facilitators then took it upon themselves to use the next meeting to focus on employment assistance, informing us about resources and techniques that would improve our job searches.
