Join us for an exciting opportunity at iHelp’s Basketball Program, offering FREE weekly basketball sessions tailored for boys ages 12-25 in the Kitchener-Waterloo Region.
Free Weekly Sessions
· Our program hosts weekly basketball sessions, providing a platform for young boys to engage in enriching physical activity at no cost.
Physical Activity and Fun
· Embrace the joy of basketball while staying physically active. Our sessions are designed to be fun and engaging, ensuring the enjoyable experience of every participant.
Teamwork Development
· Participants will discover the power of teamwork as you dribble, pass, and shoot alongside peers! Our program fosters an environment conducive to collaborative play, helping participants develop teamwork skills both on and off the court.
Relationship Building
· Create meaningful relationships with other youth in the community. Our sessions offer a welcoming space for participants to connect, socialize, and build lasting friendships through basketball.
Stress Alleviation and Community Support
· Our program allows for participants to combat stress and feelings of isolation by engaging in sports and community activities. iHelp’s Boys Basketball Program strive to alleviate stress and foster a sense of belonging within the community, providing support and camaraderie to all participants.

· Registration is now OPEN, and will be available via drop in at the Victoria Hills Community Center, every Thursday at 4 P.M.
KW-Panthers
· The KW Panthers Basketball Program, operating under iHelp International, is designed to cater to the needs of skilled basketball players seeking a competitive edge. Comprising a select team of 13 dedicated individuals, the program offers an advanced platform for players to elevate their game. Participants in the KW Panthers Program will have opportunity to engage in local tournaments, facing off against other teams. This competitive environment fosters the development of teamwork and strategic play, pushing athletes to excel both individually and as a team.
Skill Showcase and Personal Growth
· Through tournament participation, players are provided with an opportunity to display their talents and the results of their hard work. The KW Panthers Program encourages a spirit of sportsmanship and a drive to succeed, with the ultimate goal of winning games and achieving team success.
